The book proofs have been approved. It will take 3-4 weeks for the print and eBook to show up at online book stores like Amazon. I will post the links as they come in. My best guess right now is around July 27. There are a few pre-release print copies available

I received the first order of print books yesterday. I will be sending copies out to the interviewees this week.

There is currently an issue with paperbacks shipping from UK Amazon. The publisher is working on this and expects it to be resolved in 7-14 days
I had some reports of the paperback version being back ordered on Amazon. Here is the latest:
Amazon has placed the orders and is waiting to receive the stock to fulfill the orders. Once the stock is received there will be e-mails sent by Amazon that the orders are being fulfilled. Amazon is showing a date of 9/27 to show In Stock, however, it could be before.
