Corrections

This thread is to capture errors in the book including spelling grammar, word omission etc. At intervals, yet to be determined I will gather all the corrections and have them applied by the publisher so that future versions of the eBook and the print of demand paperbacks can benefit from these corrections.

There may also be threads for interviewee’s that wish to make a correction or clarification to a statement they made in the book .

This thread will also host any corrections or clarification posted by any of the interviewees
